Job Description
Your ERP experience will help you excel in an SAP environment. You will be responsible for recruitment, strategic HR, learning & development, performance, management. You will extend the company’s strategy in building sustainable high performance organization. You will implement best practice approach that ensures employee engagement and motivation.
Requirements
The role requires deep knowledge in the design of work systems within which people succeed
and contribute to the achievement of the company's growth initiatives. This role has principal
responsibility for HR services such as the design of work positions; selection/recruitment of
the right candidates, reward, recognition and compensation, performance development and
appraisal systems, career and succession planning; and employee development and as such
suitable candidates will need extensive experience of such systems.
Qualifications
A degree level qualification in Human Resources or related subject.
10 - 15 years experience in HR practice (with at least 5 years at management level) with a
medium to large sized organization. (Minimum of 300 employees of varied categories).
Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and any other
professional membership that may facilitate execution of job function.
Experience in Oil & Gas industry or consulting environment will be an added advantage
